The Canadian Dental Care Plan
Federal government program providing coverage for Canadians without dental benefits

What is the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal government program designed to help Canadians who do not have access to private dental insurance get the dental care they need. If your adjusted family net income is under $90,000 and you do not have private dental coverage, you may be eligible.
Sierra Springs Dental is a registered CDCP provider in Airdrie. We are here to help you understand your eligibility, navigate the enrollment process, and receive the dental care you deserve.
Co-Payment Structure
The CDCP is not free dental care. Your co-payment amount depends on your adjusted family net income.

You are a Canadian resident
You do not have access to private dental insurance
Your adjusted family net income is under $90,000
You have filed your 2024 tax return
Eligibility is determined by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) based on your tax information. Sun Life handles enrollment and issues member cards.
